The Welsh Building Safety Fund offers fire safety surveys at no cost to leaseholders in all residential buildings of over 11 metres in height where an Expression of Interest has been submitted.
The Fund remains open to Responsible Persons, and I continue to encourage those responsible for such buildings to submit an Expression of Interest if they have not yet done so. The numbers quoted in WQ90082 reflect a rolling programme of work, and I would expect these numbers to rise further in the future.
Work with contractors is continuing at pace to undertake required survey work as swiftly as possible.
