The Regional Consortia site is managed by the education consortia who have the oversight of usage and content. The Welsh Government Hwb Website is used as a linking service to ensure simplified navigation for practitioners and to meet the aspiration of a one stop shop for professional learning. The Welsh Government, through the Hwb team, can access data on the number of clicks and transfer from Hwb through to the consortia site.
