All the developers who signed the contract are obliged to produce quarterly progress reports to Welsh Ministers. Officials meet with developers to scrutinise and challenge the information provided, including timescales for works, to ensure works are completed as soon as possible.
I also engage directly with managing agents and freeholders of buildings to remove any barriers to co-operation with developers.
Further to my statement about building safety on 28 November, my officials are currently working on updates to the Welsh Government website with information about the scale and progress of remediation in Wales. We are working towards this being available early next year.
