Officials engaged with stakeholders during the development of the Habitat Wales Scheme. A wide scale consultation exercise was not undertaken. Formal economic modelling was not undertaken to inform the development of the Scheme. The application window for the scheme is open and successful applicants will be supported to deliver positive environmental outcomes in the run up to the Sustainable Farming Scheme.
