The ORP (Optimised Retrofit Programme) has a total budget of £260million over the term of government, comprising of circa £120million allocated to date, £70million confirmed funding for this year and a further £70million indicative funding for 2024/25.
To date, circa 13,000 homes have benefitted from or scheduled to benefit from the ORP.
