Sut mae'r Gweinidog yn sicrhau bod pob teithiwr ar reilffordd Dyffryn Conwy sydd â phas teithio rhatach yn cael tocyn am ddim o'r swyddfa docynnau cyn teithio, neu os nad oes swyddfa neu os yw ar gau, yn cael un ar y trên?

All services on the Conwy Valley Line are staffed with a conductor who can provide a free ticket for those passengers who have a concessionary travel pass. Alternatively, concessionary pass holders can acquire a free ticket for travel on the line via the ticket offices at Llandudno or Llandudno Junction stations.

Transport for Wales carry out passenger counts on all of their services at least twice a year. The new Class 197 trains have passenger counting sensors which will be used to increase the frequency and availability of passenger count data.

Transport for Wales have recently considered passenger demand across the network, including on the Conwy Valley Line. The final evening service departs from Blaenau Ffestiniog at 20:27 and arrives at Llandudno at 21:44. There are no plans to operate a later service on this line.
