As of June 2023, Developer Returns have advised that 123 private sector buildings are named within our contracts with developers, 84 of which require works. One building has been completed and works have been estimated to start on 33 buildings. Of the remaining buildings, preliminary works such as surveys have commenced in 42 buildings.
