Under the current social housing rental agreement, the Welsh Government publishes a limited set of standardised tenant satisfaction measures on an annual basis.

The information is taken from landlords own, more comprehensive surveys, and is intended to be a simple online resource to assist tenants in scrutinising and comparing landlord performance against those measures.

Social landlords routinely collect a wider range of data than is published through this initiative and the ability for landlords to analyse that data by various factors, including those relating to protected characteristics, is important in planning service improvements and meeting obligations under the Equality Act 2010.

The Welsh Government, working with the sector, is considering further improvements to the accessibility of data, including equalities monitoring.
