The Welsh Government has issued no guidance in relation to charging for hygiene caddies. Neither has the Welsh Government made any assessment of the impact of Local Authorities charging for hygiene caddies.
The collection methodology for Absorbent Hygiene Products is at the discretion of Local Authorities.
