A wnaiff y Gweinidog gyfarfod â rhieni a gwarcheidwaid unigol ynglŷn â'r gwersi a ddysgwyd pan fydd penderfyniadau Tribiwnlys Addysg Cymru wedi canfod bai mewn sefydliadau addysg bellach?
Education tribunals are an independent process which may give recommendations to colleges, which are autonomous bodies. A tribunal process engages only the relevant college and those appealing and does not directly involve the Welsh Government. It would therefore be inappropriate for Ministers to intervene. However, my officials monitor the outcomes of tribunals and ensure any recommendations are responded to.
As colleges are autonomous bodies, they each have their own complaints procedures, which include an option for the right of appeal. The Welsh Government does not have the legal powers to investigate complaints against them.
