Our Ending Homelessness Action plan is a cross government plan, promoting a multi-agency response from a wide range of partners.
To support local authorities with move-on from temporary accommodation, £76m has been made available through the Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme to deliver 936 properties and additional homes this year and next, to increase good quality longer term accommodation to support all those in housing need.
Local authorities who identify veterans with housing needs are able, with assistance available from the Welsh Government Armed Forces Liaison Officers (AFLOs), to support veterans to access additional resources from charities and agencies in Wales who provide tailored support for the Armed Forces community.
