We are working closely with the local community, Cardiff Council and other agencies to jointly sponsor a grassroots-led initiative to create a community plan for Ely.
To support this community-led work I will chair a reference group as a resource for those developing the community plan.
We are also working with the community and the local authority to identify a short-term package of support for people in Ely.
