Welsh Government does not always publish individual responses to consultations. An example is the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, which received c.330 responses to its consultation in 2021. Compared to the draft Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, the LGBTQ+ Action Plan received four times the number of consultation responses in 2021.
