I refer to my written statement from 31 March 2023 and to the Mandate and Remit Letter from the Welsh Government to the NHS Wales Executive which set out its governance arrangements, membership, role and responsibilities in relation to holding health boards to account. These arrangements and responsibilities are in place from 1 April 2023 and will be reviewed and refined as the NHS Wales Executive matures and delivers its remit.
