We have the following empty homes: -
· 2 dwellings unfit for occupation awaiting refurbishment.
· 1 dwelling unfit for occupation and awaiting demolition for redevelopment.
· 2 dwellings currently for sale.
· 3 dwellings in the process of disposal.
· 19 dwellings awaiting appraisal by Registered Social Landlords for new occupiers.
· 12 dwellings under review by Transport Division.
