The careful process of developing proposals for a visitor levy and translating them into legislation are still in in progress. We will consider all of the evidence and consultation responses as we finalise the policy.
No decisions have been made regarding any potential exemptions.
The development of the visitor levy is a commitment in the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government Cymru.
