The discussions that I held with industry leaders during my recent visit to the USA were designed to raise awareness of Wales’ capabilities in a number of sectors including tech, creative industries and gaming. Investment projects are influenced by a number of factors and, by their very nature, can take years to come to fruition from the initial conversation. All investments will remain commercially confidential until the company decides to make an announcement. Any export deals signed as a result of the trade mission will also take many months to be finalised and my officials will follow up with companies to ensure that these outputs are recorded.
