The Regional Economic Frameworks for Mid Wales, South West Wales, South East Wales and North Wales have been endorsed by the relevant local authorities and the final versions are available on the Welsh Government website:

We remain committed to working with partners and stakeholders to deliver against the vision and priorities set out in each of these documents. The opportunities and challenges require our combined efforts if we are to deliver effectively against our collective ambitions.
