A wnaiff y Gweinidog gadarnhau faint sydd wedi gwneud cais i Daith ers ei sefydlu?
Since Taith opened its first call for funding in March 2022, the programme has received a total of 106 applications. This includes the two 2022 Pathway 1 calls and the 2022 Pathway 2 call. Across both calls, Pathway 1 received 75 applications from 68 different organisations. Pathway 2 received 31 applications from 31 different organisations.
Of the 52 projects awarded funding in the first Pathway 1 call, 6 of these were consortium applications, involving 101 organisations from every local authority in Wales. The total number of organisations involved in applications to the second Pathway 1 call and the Pathway 2 call has not been confirmed; the Taith website will be updated when this information becomes available.
The 2023 Pathway 1 call, which opened in January, closes on 16 March; application numbers to this Pathway are not yet known.
As applications to Taith are made by institutions rather than individuals, the number of learners and staff benefitting from the programme is far greater than the figures given above. Funding allocated in the first Pathway 1 call is expected to facilitate 6289 mobilities. Mobility numbers from the second Pathway 1 call and the Pathway 2 call will be published on the Taith website when available.
