The 1989 Code of Practice on Conservation, Access and Recreation and associated Water and Sewerage (Conservation, Access and Recreation) (Code of Practice) Order 1989 predates devolution. In order to provide a full and accurate response, I have asked my officials to liaise with Natural Resources Wales (NRW). I will write to the member to provide a response to all three Written Questions as soon as this assessment has been completed.
