Ymhellach i WQ87356, pa ffactorau y mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn eu hystyried wrth benderfynu a ddylid diystyru penderfyniad i wrthod cynnig ar y sail y byddai'n achosi unrhyw effeithiau gweledol andwyol annerbyniol ar gymunedau nac anheddau unigol gerllaw, yn unol â pholisi 18, pwynt 2 Cymru'r Dyfodol, y Cynllun Cenedlaethol 2040?
Planning decisions made by the Welsh Ministers will be made on the basis of the details of the relevant application, extant local and national planning policy and any other material planning considerations relevant to the proposal. It is possible that material considerations, including the potential benefit of a scheme, or issues of national significance or security, could be sufficient to lead the Welsh Ministers to grant permission contrary to one or more extant policies. Each application must, however, be judged on its individual merits.
