As the Group is independent from Government, it is for the Group to decide when and where to publish the minutes. However, I am informed the Group intends to publish its Terms of Reference shortly, alongside a public statement to summarise discussions at the past two meetings. Further statements will be provided following each meeting going forwards. The full minutes of the Group’s deliberations will be published in the final report to the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
