Local Authorities are aware of what support and assistance is available from the Welsh Government to help with bringing land they own forward for social housing development. We promote joint working between public sector bodies to unlock the development potential of public land, and advance stalled sites for housing need.
Our Land and Buildings Development Fund is available and can provide financial support, and where appropriate, we can enter Joint Ventures to ensure sites are developed in partnership.
