The Home Office publishes data quarterly on referrals to the National Referral Mechanism. The most recent publication was in November and showed there were 127 referrals of potential victims of modern slavery to Welsh police forces between July and September 2022.
Modern slavery is a reserved matter, but we are working collaboratively and constructively with a range of partners, including those on the Wales Anti-Slavery Leadership Group, to tackle modern slavery and support survivors.
