A wnaiff y Gweinidog nodi faint o arian ar 1 Ionawr 2023: a) sy'n dal i fod heb ei wario o'r cynllun datblygu gwledig; b) yn dal i fod heb ei ddyrannu o'r cynllun datblygu gwledig; ac, c) faint o arian o bortffolio'r Gweinidog fydd yn cael ei ad-dalu i'r UE gan nad yw wedi cael ei wario?
a) The Rural Development Programme spend to 31 December 2022 is £680m. The total value of the programme is £842m. Therefore £162m is unspent. Please note the sterling value of the programme is not fixed due to constant changes to the exchange rate.
b) The programme is over-committed, and we expect projects to deliver against their agreed objectives in line with Rural Development Programme 2014-2020 N+3 rules and timeframe.
