The Employability and Skills Plan for Wales sets out how we intend to support economically inactive people back into work. Our Community Employability Programmes provide one-to-one mentoring and employment support in the community for this group, helping people to train and upskill, empowering them to build the confidence and experience that they need to apply for the jobs they want.
