The consultation on the Healthy Food Environment closed on 1 September, and I will be publishing a summary of consultation responses later this month. I intend to announce the Welsh Government position and the next steps in Spring 2023, alongside a further consultation around enforcement.
The measures set out within the consultation sit within broader action being taken forward and collectively these should deliver real measurable change.
