A draft Regulatory Impact Assessment was published alongside the consultation which was undertaken on the Healthy Food Environment which closed on 1 September, which sets out the economic impact. A summary of responses from the consultation will be published in December and I will announce the Welsh Government position on next steps in Spring 2023.
