The UK Government's Ending Rough Sleeping for Good plan focuses solely on those who are rough sleeping.
In Wales, we are strongly committed to ending all forms of homelessness, as set out in our Ending Homelessness Action Plan, published in November 2021.
Our Action Plan builds on our 2019 Strategy to End Homelessness and the recommendations of the expert Homelessness Action Group, and sets out the measures we are taking forward with partners to end homelessness.
