As per WQ85900, the Welsh Government is in the process of procuring an external evaluator to undertake an implementation, impact and value for money evaluation of the Basic Income for Care Leavers in Wales Pilot. The evaluation will consider whether and how the basic income has enriched the lives of the care experienced young people who are in receipt of the basic income. The Welsh Government has also procured a supplier to undertake a survey as participants are enrolling onto the scheme to provide data for the evaluation
