Investing in sporting facilities, both elite and grassroots, is a commitment in our Programme for Government, highlighting the important link between increasing participation and the health and wellbeing of our nation. We have committed £24m in capital funding over the next three years (2022-25) to Sport Wales to develop facilities across Wales. Clubs and organisations seeking to improve their facilities can apply for support through the Be Active Wales fund and Crowdfunder scheme.
