Regional Transport Plans will set out the policies on how local authorities will collaboratively deliver the Wales Transport Strategy in the regions. The ambitions and priorities of the Wales Transport Strategy are to reduce carbon emissions from transport by encouraging a shift to more sustainable modes of transport.
