The land at Llandeilo has been acquired as part of a Joint Venture between the Welsh Government and Carmarthenshire County Council to deliver employment premises for small businesses in ten rural towns in Carmarthenshire.
The property acquired at Llanfyllin is now let to Marill Group Limited (MGL) a car parts manufacturer looking to expand their business.
Gilestone Farm was purchased to potentially support the growth ambitions of Green Man and the additional positive contribution of the brand and associated ventures to local businesses, the community and the Welsh economy. A detailed Business Plan has now been received from Green Man and will undergo the usual robust due diligence processes, prior to advice being submitted to Ministers.
