The commitment to a Senedd Reform Bill to implement the recommendations of the Special Purpose Committee is being carried out as part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.’
A Joint Oversight Board is convened between the First Minister and Plaid Cymru with a strategic focus to oversee the Co-operation Agreement. The Senedd Reform programme is a standing item at the Joint Oversight Board, which meets monthly. Minutes of the meetings are available at The Co-operation Agreement | GOV.WALES.
