The Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales has been tasked with holding a national conversation with Welsh citizens about how to strengthen our constitutional arrangements. It is a matter for the Independent Commission how it takes that work forward. I have forwarded your questions to the Co-chairs of the Commission and asked them to reply.
