Our records show that £13.54m has been spent up to end of financial year 2021/22.
Welsh Government has not yet completed the sale of any plots of land at Bryn Cegin. However, terms have been agreed on 2 plots (one for CNG Fuels) which are expected to progress to conditional contracts. Contracts have been exchanged on a 3rd plot with completion subject to the purchaser securing planning consent for their proposed development.
