Pa sgyrsiau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi'u cael gyda VisitBritain ynghylch denu twristiaid i Gymru?
Visit Wales is classed as one of VisitBritain’s strategic partners. It works closely with VisitBritain through structured engagement channels. Wales has a seat on the VisitBritain board and Welsh Government/Visit Wales officials also attend the British Marketing Board made up of the marketing directors of the respective national tourist boards.
There is a dedicated VisitBritain account manager within Visit Wales. Visit Wales also attends VisitBritain’s specific interboards - such as the PR, Social, Content and Influencer Interboard - along with counterparts in the other national tourist boards. This strategic engagement, as well as ongoing operational communications, ensures Visit Wales is in constant dialogue with VisitBritain and involved in their planning and delivery including UK-wide global campaigns and industry engagement.
