We are committed to delivering the new 40 mph speed limit on the A40 at Scleddau, however, current capital budget allocations for trunk road network operations in 2022/23 require all projects to be re-evaluated, along with all other eligible schemes as part of the 2023/24 allocations, or earlier if further funding becomes available.
