The Single Use Carrier Bag (Wales) Regulations (2010) requires sellers to publish data relating to single use carrier bag sales either on their websites or in their stores, with small businesses being exempt from this requirement. There is no requirement to report this data directly to the Welsh Government, therefore, this information is not held centrally.
