I have met many leaseholders and residents affected by the building safety crisis, and will continue to do so.
In addition, my officials are developing specific engagement plans with residents and leaseholders to ensure that engagement is representative and reflects the perspective of residents.
We will consult residents on how they want to engage with their landlords; how communications can be accessible to them; and how their concerns and complaints should be addressed. The first resident focus group will commence in summer 2022.
