At the request of the local coroner, both reports have now been withdrawn from the health board’s website until after the inquests so as not to prejudice the coroner’s process. The inquests have not yet been listed and a date will be confirmed in due course. Once the inquests are held, the health board will work with the local coroner’s office and make the appropriate information available publicly.
Whilst the reports are not available publicly at this time, the health board has re-iterated that is has accepted all the recommendations made in the reports.
