When the Welsh Government announced the Cultural Recovery Fund (CRF) Round 3, we were aware that we had to provide the financial support to those impacted by Alert level 2 restrictions quickly. I am pleased to say that as of 4 February, we have provided £3.68m to 182 businesses that had previously received support through Rounds 1 and 2 of the CRF.
We have also opened a process for those impacted and who had not received CRF support previously. The application window for this closes on 11 February.
The Arts Council of Wales (ACW) is currently in the process of assessing 72 eligible applications for its part of the CRF 3 fund. The assessment meetings will be complete by 11 February and ACW will be making payments of £3.27m during the week commencing 7 February.
