Expressions of Interest for the Welsh Building Safety Fund opened on 30th September for Responsible Persons of medium and high rise residential buildings in Wales.
Our next step is to complete the evaluation of this first tranche of EOI forms and take forward the surveys and development of the Building Remediation Passports with the Responsible Person. It is expected this will progress as soon as possible in the new calendar year. The information we gather from these will assist us in developing the right support for phase 2 of the fund, maximising the resources we have available.
