We are able to provide data on the number of UK students enrolled at Welsh Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), receiving franchised provision at FE colleges in Wales:
- In the 2017/18 academic year, there were 4,010 enrolments of UK domiciled students at Welsh HEIs receiving franchised provision at a FE college in Wales. All of these enrolments were at undergraduate level
- In the 2018/19 academic year, there were 3,625 enrolments of UK domiciled students at Welsh HEIs receiving franchised provision at a FE college in Wales. Fewer than 5 of these were at postgraduate level, with the remaining majority at undergraduate level
- In the 2019/20 academic year, there were 3,390 enrolments of UK domiciled students at Welsh HEIs receiving franchised provision at a FE college in Wales. All of these enrolments were at undergraduate level
