Wedi'i ateb gan Y Gweinidog Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol | Wedi'i ateb ar 19/10/2021

£600k of the additional £1m funding allocation derived from the 2017 budget agreement with Plaid Cymru was allocated to health boards on a pro rata basis to support delivery of the end of life care delivery plan 2017-2020. These are set out in Table A below.

Table B, C and D set out how the remaining £400k was allocated for the 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 financial years respectively.
