Whilst Parc Tŷ Gwyn was originally developed by the Welsh Development Agency then subsequently by Welsh Government, we no longer own any premises or development land on site. However, we do own the roads and footpaths serving the premises and remaining plots and are planning to progress with some repairs and maintenance in the next 12 months. My officials are happy to discuss potential property and business support with any company or person seeking to build new premises and help promote Parc Tŷ Gwyn as a location for business.
