Our spending plans for sport will enable the Welsh Government to continue to invest, through its delivery partner, Sport Wales, in the people and places to provide inclusive and equal opportunities for people to lead healthy and active lives, and to realise their sporting potential.
We will continue our programme of investment in sports facilities with an enhanced budget of £7m to provide modern, accessible and attractive facilities, including football grounds and pitches, to encourage people of all ages to engage in sport and to support our talented athletes in their pursuit of success.
