The Business Wales website has a Business Finance Zone offering specialised guidance and information to help people identify appropriate finance as well as a Finance Locator https://businesswales.gov.wales/businessfinance/ In addition, the Welsh Government’s Community Facilities Programme provides capital grants for community projects and may be a suitable source of funding for community radio projects. The Funding Wales portal provides information on a range of funding sources, some of which will be suitable for community radio projects.
