Our Vaccination Strategy published on 11 January set out our aim, subject to supply, to offer vaccinations to cohorts 1-4 by mid-February. We are on course to meet that milestone.
At this time we cannot disaggregate all the information, as it is continually being quality assured given the pace we are going at and the range of data being published continues to be expanded
We do know that some vaccinations will have occurred outside of 1-4 but that number is minimal. Health Boards maintain reserve lists and there are arrangements in place to avoid wastage. Our wastage rate is currently low.
In line with our Vaccination Strategy, people will be sent appointments with details of the location where they will receive the vaccination, dependent on where they are on the schedule and risk.
