Pillar 1 (Basic Payment Scheme) and Pillar 2 land based schemes are supported by an Integrated Administrative and Control System (IACS), with all schemes delivered by multi-skilled teams across Rural Payment Wales (RPW).
The annual cost of managing and delivering both pillars of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in Wales is £24.96m. This covers all activities of the Rural Development Programme Managing Authority and Wales Paying Agency (RPW).
